The Equal Opportunity Tribunal was established by the Equal Opportunity Act, Chap 22:03 as a superior court of record, with a statutory underpinning to eliminate discrimination and promote equal opportunity. It is chaired by a distinguished Judge, holding a stature equal to that of a High Court Judge.
